Job Full Description
Territory & Schedule
- Territory includes locations within a 2–3 hour drive around the Northeast Florida (Jacksonville down to Orange county) area
- On the road 4–5 days per week
- Typically home nightly; occasional overnight travel (1–2 times per year) with hotel expenses covered
- Standard hours are generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required
- Employees create and submit their own schedules (no micromanagement)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new contacts and relationships within nursing homes
- Meet with nursing home business managers (BOM) to establish a referral processes
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing nursing home partners
- Work closely with the internal team, who assists with scheduling meetings

- Comfortable running numbers and discussing financial details
- Confident relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
- Clean background required; no drug screen
- Business casual appearance
- Travel-ready and comfortable working independently on the road
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus potential: approximately $10,000–$20,000 based on sales goals
- $1,000/month travel reimbursement
- $500/month company credit card allowance for client engagement (e.g., coffee, donuts)
Time Off & Benefits
- PTO: 14 days for the first 5 years, increasing to 21 days thereafter
