Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls professionally

Schedule and book service calls using Service Titan

Enter accurate customer and appointment information

Communicate scheduling details to customers and technicians

Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:

Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer-service experience

Experience using Service Titan preferred

Strong phone, computer, and organizational skills
