Plating Technician

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Job Overview

Plating Techs. will need to properly clean, mask, and place components in wide variety of different plating fixtures, monitor the coating dimension and thickness while processing, and present the parts & completed paperwork to the quality department.

Responsibilities & Duties

Complete Necessary Logs and Documentation
Follow Processes and Procedures
Identify Serial Numbers to Routing Sheet
Use of Handheld Measuring Equipment such as micrometers & magnetic induction coating thickness gauges and Hand Tools
Follow Safety Protocol and Maintain PPE Requirements

Qualifications

Attention to Detail
Basic Math Skills
Hard Working and Dependable
Excellent attendance record
Valid Driver License
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Long periods of time on feet and able to multi-task
