Cherry Picker OperatorLocation: East TampaA leading manufacturer of premium cabinetry and custom millwork products for residential and commercial construction projects is seeking a skilled Cherry Picker Operator to join our team.Job Summary:As a Cherry Picker Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse and production operations, using specialized boom lift and forklift equipment to safely and efficiently move and position heavy materials, components, and finished products. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of our manufacturing processes and the timely delivery of our high-quality products to our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Operate boom lifts and forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse and production facilities- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself, your coworkers, and the equipment- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to coordinate material movements and optimize workflow- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents or accidents- Assist with other general warehouse and production tasks as neededQualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy lift equipment in a manufacturing or warehousing environment- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions- Commitment to safety and attention to detailWorking Conditions:This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment. The Cherry Picker Operator may be required to lift and move heavy materials and components, often at heights.
