Maintenance TechnicianRiverview, FL Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Express Employment is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing apartment repairs, preparing vacant units, and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the property.
Qualifications:
Experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work outdoors as needed
