TRUCK DRIVER / WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Position Summary
The Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely delivering insulation materials and related products to customers while supporting daily warehouse operations. This position ensures accurate order fulfillment, maintains inventory integrity, and provides excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Load and unload trucks and incoming freight.
- Pull, stage, and verify customer orders for accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse inventory and assist with restocking materials.
- Pick up products and supplies from local vendors as needed.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping.
- Work closely with sales and operations personnel to coordinate delivery routes and schedules.
- Communicate customer feedback and field observations to management.
- Attend company meetings and participate in required inventory counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer service attitude.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous commercial or delivery driving experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 40 to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to work in warehouse environments and outdoor conditions.
