Counter Sales RepresentativeJob SummaryAs a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers at our sales counter. In this role, you will support the efficient distribution of our products, process orders, and serve as a valuable resource for our clients.Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers who visit our sales counter- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner- Provide product information and recommendations to help customers find the right solutions- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area- Collaborate with the broader sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date on our product offerings and sales proceduresQualifications- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing- High school diploma or equivalentWorking ConditionsThis position is based at our regional distribution center, where you will work primarily at the sales counter. The work environment is fast-paced and customer-facing, with occasional physical demands such as standing for extended periods and light lifting.Compensation and BenefitsPay rate of $23 per hour.
