Job Full Description
The Assembler/Fabrication Technician is responsible for producing high-quality insulation components and assemblies according to customer specifications. This position supports warehouse and production operations through material preparation, fabrication, assembly, quality control, and safe handling of products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble and fabricate insulation products according to work orders and specifications.
Measure, cut, shape, and prepare insulation materials using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production instructions.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Package completed products for shipment or delivery.
Maintain inventory of materials and notify supervisors of shortages.
Operate fabrication and warehouse equipment safely.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
