Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, preferably handling appliances, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves receiving, storing, moving, and preparing appliances for delivery while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming appliance shipments for accuracy and damage.
Safely move, lift, and position large appliances using proper equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or customer pickup.
Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, labeling, and tracking systems.
Assist with stocking shelves, organizing warehouse aisles, and rotating inventory.
Load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring products are secured properly.
Perform quality checks to ensure appliances are clean, undamaged, and ready for shipment.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
Experience Required
Previous warehouse experience required.
Appliance handling experience preferred.
Skills Required
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Safe material handling practices.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and move products for extended periods.
