Express Employment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Small Parts Assembler to join our team in Tampa, FL. This position is responsible for assembling small metal components, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring orders are accurately packaged and labeled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small metal parts and related components according to specifications
- Assemble boxes and packaging materials for finished products
- Pack metal parts securely for shipment
- Apply labels to boxes and packages accurately
- Print and attach shipping labels
- Verify order quantities and inspect products for quality before shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift to 30 lbs. as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills for printing shipping labels
