Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Rep with a strong hunter mentality to grow hospitality business. This role focuses on prospecting new clients, developing business, and driving product sales—especially moving inventory off the shelf.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and win new business in the hotel sector
Build pipeline through cold outreach and networking
Sell and labeling solutions, driving product adoption
Manage and grow existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell)
Track activity and pipeline in NetSuite/ERP
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality a plus)
Strong hunter mindset with a track record of closing deals
Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems
Highly motivated, competitive, and money-driven
Ability to travel quarterly
Salary: 50,000 base + uncapped commissions
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
