You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our coffee-making machinery and equipment.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in manufacturing equipment, including coffee machines, espresso makers, and other specialized appliances- Implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential issues- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes and efficiency- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and apply innovative solutions to enhance our operations- Provide technical support and training to our production and maintenance staff- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field- 3-5 years of experience in appliance repair and maintenance, with a focus on advanced manufacturing equipment- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics- Familiarity with preventive maintenance best practices and continuous improvement methodologies- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Certifications in appliance repair or manufacturing equipment maintenance are preferredWorking Conditions:This position may involve exposure to machinery, noise, and physical demands associated with the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. The work environment can be fast-paced and may require flexibility in scheduling to accommodate production needs.Compensation and Benefits:This is a temporary position with a target pay rate of $33 per hour.
