Our mission is to bring the best coffee experience to our customers, and we are committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability in everything we do.Job Summary: As a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the performance of our advanced manufacturing equipment and appliances. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our coffee-making machinery and equipment.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in manufacturing equipment, including coffee machines, espresso makers, and other specialized appliances- Implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential issues- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes and efficiency- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and apply innovative solutions to enhance our operations- Provide technical support and training to our production and maintenance staff- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field- 3-5 years of experience in appliance repair and maintenance, with a focus on advanced manufacturing equipment- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics- Familiarity with preventive maintenance best practices and continuous improvement methodologies- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Certifications in appliance repair or manufacturing equipment maintenance are preferredWorking Conditions:This position may involve exposure to machinery, noise, and physical demands associated with the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. The work environment can be fast-paced and may require flexibility in scheduling to accommodate production needs.Compensation and Benefits:This is a temporary position with a target pay rate of $33 per hour.
