Job Full Description
Pay ranges 18-25 depending on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Set up and operate manual lathes to machine shafts, sleeves, bushings, rollers, and other precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications.
Perform turning, boring, threading, facing, drilling, and cutting operations.
Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards throughout the machining process.
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and machine settings as required.
Assist with fabrication, assembly, and repair of production equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
