They are known for their commitment to excellence, innovative approaches, and dedication to their customers.Job Summary:As a Warehouse Driver Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our client's warehouse and transportation activities. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting the warehouse driver with loading, unloading, and moving freight, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the warehouse driver in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the proper handling and placement of freight- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize inventory- Perform general warehouse duties, including sorting, stocking, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area- Collaborate with the warehouse driver to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of shipments- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environmentQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Basic experience in a warehouse or logistics environment- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsWorking Conditions:This position will be based in our client's warehouse facility. The work environment is fast-paced and may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands, such as standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting.
