Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Parts Sales Representative for a leading heavy equipment and power systems company in Tampa. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, parts sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, and product recommendations
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Pull, stock, and organize inventory as needed
- Operate a forklift safely to move and stage materials
- Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Qualifications
- Previous parts sales, counter sales, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
