Contract Administrator
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a contract administrator for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. The Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and other legal documents related to concrete supply, subcontracting, construction services, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met and that the company remains in full legal and regulatory compliance.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
- Maintain organized records of all documents
- Track contract deadlines, deliverables, and renewals
- Support/ prepare for audits and legal reviews
- Ensure all contracts comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or GED
· Experience working within a construction or contract administrative role for 2 years
· Strong attention to detail
· Bilingual in both Spanish and English preferred
