Position Summary:
We’re hiring a dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Lawn Care Maintenance team. This hands-on role involves operating lawn care equipment, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and traveling to field sites in teams. Candidates with mechanical experience and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy-duty lawn care equipment and machinery

Perform lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks at commercial and public sites

Work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions

Travel to job sites in a company vehicle with a 3-person crew, led by a supervisor

Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment upkeep

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications:

Prior experience operating lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills preferred

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from a lead supervisor

Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual labor
