Bilingual Dispatcher – Spanish and English
Long Term – Full Time
Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a dispatcher position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. As a Dispatcher, you will be the primary point of contact for all staff and customers. You will manage service requests, coordinate with field personnel, and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations.

DETAILED SUMMARY:
- Coordinate with service teams to schedule appointments and dispatch medical personnel.
- Provide accurate information to medical professionals based off codes given.
- Assign tasks to field technicians or service personnel based on availability, skills, and urgency.
- Handle and resolve complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Identify and report recurring issues to management to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient dispatching operation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience as a dispatcher is required.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend in English and Spanish
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
