Bilingual Dispatcher – Spanish and English

Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Dispatcher for a local company. This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery and pick up scaffolding and construction materials.
Job Description:
- Pay rate $20 per hour
- Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)
- Full time | First shift
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with job site supervisors, drivers, and associates
- Maintain records or orders, routes, and delivery times
- Resolve delivery issues and adjust schedules as needed
- Ensure all compliance with safety and transportation regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous dispatching experience is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Speak, read, and comprehend in both English and Spanish
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
