Job Description:
- Pay rate $17 per hour

- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and the sales team
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Prepare and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Monitor and follow up on open orders and backorders
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Customer service experience required
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suit knowledge
- Speak, write, read, and comprehend in English
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
