Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Dietary Aid position for a local company. This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be a part of the hospital food service team and will be responsible for supporting patient care through safe, nutritious, and high-quality meal preparation.
Job Description:
- Pay rate $18 per hour
- Full-time | Long term
- Prepare, portion, and serve food and beverages according to established guidelines
- Deliver meals to patient rooms and assist with tray setup as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of foodservice areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety and infection control procedures
- Stock supplies and assistance with inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, patients, and hospital staff
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Food service or hospitality experience is required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
- Flexible work schedule
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
