Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Certified Welder position for a local company. This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks to ensure structural integrity and safety across all projects.
Job Description:
- Pay rate $22/hr+
- Monday – Friday
- Full time | Second shift
- Assemble, fabricate, and repair metal structures and components
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, cutting, and grinding
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Meet all project deadlines and quality expectations
- Understand and follow project specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality welds
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience as a MIG, TIG, or stick welder
- Welding Certification
- Read, write, speak, and comprehend in English
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
