Job Description:
- Pay rate $17-19 per hour based on experience
- Monday – Friday
- Full time | First shift
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Enter and manage data for pricing, tracking, and documentation
- Communicate with manufacturers to confirm material compatibility and availability
- Assist clients and engineers in understanding material options and technical details
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction customer service is preferred
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suite knowledge
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Speak, read, and comprehend in English
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
