Member Engagement Specialist

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Member Engagement Specialist to support a special outreach project focused on conducting annual health surveys. This role involves engaging with members over the phone in a high-volume call center environment, ensuring a professional and courteous experience while collecting important health-related information.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to members to conduct annual health surveys
- Answer inbound calls as needed via an automated phone system
- Accurately document survey responses and member interactions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with members and team members
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive, and courteous demeanor
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of call center experience required
- Experience in healthcare or survey-based roles preferred
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
