Member Service Executive

Location: Atlanta, GA


Contract: $17/hr


On-site: Monday - Friday, various shifts between 8am-7pm.


Training: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM for the first two weeks, transitioning to the regular shift on outbound lines, 10 AM - 7 PM thereafter.

 

Our client is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to handle inbound phone and email inquiries related to account setup, system assistance, kit status, and general program information. This role includes assisting with multi-factor authentication, conducting outbound calls to enroll members, and following up on test kit returns. Coordination with clinical staff is a crucial aspect of the client's programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from members seeking support with the testing process, including setting up online accounts, answering questions about specific tests and their administration, and addressing inquiries about test results.
  • Make outbound calls to enroll members in programs.
  • Respond to email inquiries.
  • Complete system documentation to ensure member records are accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure members receive the necessary clinical support as per program guidelines and best practices.
  • Adhere to all client program requirements and guidelines and make recommendations for program improvements.
  • Test system enhancements and new features to ensure they meet Care Team requirements.
  • Recommend improvements for standard operating procedures and best practices for the Care Team.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative and supportive interactions.
  • Assist with other special projects or assignments to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • High level of comfort with technology and working knowledge of Google tools.
  • Previous experience in tech support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Amazon Connect platform is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
