Job Full Description
Performs all phases of equipment repairs for a fleet of diesel trucks, tankers, and flatbeds.
Duties:
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes and lubrications.
Ability to repair, reline, replace and adjust brakes
Perform welding and cutting
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
Complete work orders and discuss work with supervisor
Must have prior experience as a diesel mechanic, knowledge of shop equipment and strong mechanical aptitude.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50lbs, ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and kneel to complete repairs.
This is a long term position.
