Maintenance Technician April 22, 2025

Located in Brunswick, GA

Pay: $16.50/hr

Location: Brunswick, GA 31525

Daily Job Duties:

Complete daily work orders requested by residents and apartment staff, responding to work orders in a timely manner.
Assists in performing preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and responds to malfunctions and troubleshooting
Assists in plumbing repairs, unclogs drains and repairs leaks.
Dry wall and carpentry repairs.
Paints walls and ceilings, as needed.
Prepares materials, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance projects.
Removes tenant property from vacated units.
Maintain cleanliness of property.

Knowledge Required:

Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical and other residential maintenance issues.
Knowledge of tools and materials used in the maintenance of multifamily housing.
Skilled in property maintenance, repair and construction.
Skilled in using hand and power tools.
Skilled in interpersonal relations and providing excellent customer service.
Skilled in oral and written communication.
