Location: Brunswick, GA 31525

Daily Job Duties:

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment
• Maintain all equipment/facilities, preventative maintenance records
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment, install new or repaired parts
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
• Maintain clean work area 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Qualities Required: 

• 3-5 year related experience in facilities maintenance
• Able to use MS Office as well as other facilities maintenance 
• Strong College level math skills
• Working knowledge of facilites maintenance operations not limited to HVAC, Alarm Systems, Facility Electrical Infrastructure, Overhead Crane Systems, Forklift Maintenance, Tool repair, Facilities Construction
• Able to withstand extreme temperatures, both cold and hot when outside the plant area
• Able to withstand loud noises and still be able to hear, speak and communicate when inside the plant area
