Job Title: Appliance Delivery Driver
Location: Kingsland, GA
Position Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 4:30pm, varying upon deliveries that are scheduled
****CLEAN MVR IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION!!!****
Key Responsiblities:
- 1 Year delivery driving experiene in a commercial vehicle required
- Deliver household appliances to different addresses and different routes
- Follow route and schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect ad operate delivery vehicle
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jack in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced
- Install home appliances/equipment
- complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Be able and open to cross training for related roles
- Must be able to lift up 50 lbs unassisted; up to 100 lbs partner lift
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record (CDL is not required but is a plus)
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb/balance, stoop, kneel crouch and crawl, when necessary
