Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for an industrial client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repondig to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
- Processing customer phone and email orders.
- Checking avaialability of stock and shipping dates.
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer.
- Assisting the outside sales and engineering teams by preparing quotes and sourcing products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and able to work as team member as well as independently.
- Prior Inside Sales/Customer Service Experience.
- Data Entry, organization, mult-tasking, Customer oriented.
- Fast learner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Pay Rate: Pay is commensurate with experience.
