General Laborer
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in manufacturing and warehouse environments. This is a hands-on position that may involve material handling, production support, loading and unloading, packaging, cleaning, and other general duties as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with general production and warehouse activities.

Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.

Sort, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.

Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.

Assist machine operators and other team members with production tasks.

Perform quality checks and report damaged or defective materials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Accurately complete basic paperwork or production documentation when required.

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.

May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, machinery, and other industrial conditions.

Requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule may include overtime, weekends, or varying shifts depending on the facility.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on assignment.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.

Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
