Job Full Description
Express is looking for an Funeral Home Front Office Manager. The associate will talk to insurance companies, make death certificates, answer phones, and must have computer experience. It is a professional setting, and they are expected to dress professionally and communicate with families within the funeral home.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience as a Funeral home Front Office Manager
- Previous Experience making Death certificates
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Must have abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
- Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
Pay: $17-$18/ Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Every other Saturdays no Sundays)
