Tracie has been with Express since January 2015 and she is the Senior Employment Specialist. Tracie comes from over 25+ years of Staffing and Human Resource. She is well known in the community for having put hundreds of people to work. Tracie enjoys going to church and hanging out with her family and friends. Her thought about life is “we all have the power to make one another shine, so if we empower eachother we have certainly done our part!”

Business Operations

Tracy joined Express in August 2017 as the Front Office Coordinator. Recently, she transitioned to the Business Operations role within the office. She has 20+ years' experience in Administrative and Support Services. She has worked in a variety of settings from a Software Company Sales Administrator to administering all aspects of Student Loans, Grants and Scholarship Funds at the University of West Georgia. One of her favorite things to do is meet new people and work with the public. When Tracy is not at work, she loves spending time with her dog, Bougie.

Ty Nelson

Front Office Coordinator

Ty joined Express in December 2023. She is a native of the Douglasville area and has her ABS in Business Science. She is on a mission to help Express associates succeed with the best job placement that not only suits their current skillset but also gives them opportunity for growth. She enjoys working with her team to network and build great relationships with clients and associates. In her free time, she has a passion for travel, art, and DIY projects but most of all spending time with friends and family. Ty is ecstatic to be part of the Express Legacy.

Recruiting Specialist

Mimi joined Express in March 2025 as our Recruiting Specialist and brings a fresh wave of enthusiasm to the team. She’s passionate about connecting candidates with the right opportunities and is driven by the joy of helping individuals find meaningful, long-lasting careers. Her goal is to support our associates in their professional growth and contribute to life-changing career journeys. Outside of work, Mimi enjoys relaxing with her beloved cat, Gatita, sipping on a good cup of coffee, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.

Chenoria Addison

Employment Specialist

Chenoria joined Express Employment Professionals in July 2025 and has quickly become a valuable member of the team. She is passionate about connecting people with job opportunities that are the perfect fit for both the associate and the client—working quickly and efficiently to ensure success on both sides. Chenoria is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is set to graduate in December 2025. Her education and drive for excellence contribute to her strong work ethic and commitment to helping others succeed.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, dancing, playing pickleball, and shopping.
