Job Full Description
A German owned company in Lithia springs is seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer to set up, program, and operate CNC machine to produce aluminum parts that meet our exacting standards. The ideal candidate can both run production efficiently and write or modify CNC programs for new jobs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of CNC experience with programming ability.
- Knowledge of G-Code and CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar)
- Experience machining aluminum preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and measure using the Metric system is required.
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code/CAM)
- Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, or lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawing.
- Inspect part for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve machining processes.
Requirements:
- CNC Machines they are a Busellato Jet Concept XXL and an Altech Rumba. They are used on wood and aluminum.
- Knowledge of the metric system and ability to read a metric tape is important.
- knowledge and experience on the CNC machines listed above, or similar.
- Knowledge and experience working with aluminum.
Schedule: 1st shift Mon-Fri(7:30am-4:00pm) overtime occasionally during the week
Pay: $25.00+/ hour
