A company in Ranburne AL is hiring for Pallet builders, Machine operators, and Forklift drivers. Builders are responsible for the manual assembly of custom wood packaging, including pallets and crates, according to specific customer requirements and company quality standards. These candidates work in cold and hot areas, depending on seasonal changes.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Must have a strong focus on accuracy and precision to ensure high quality results.
- Must have experience driving a Forklift
- Must have experience Machine operating or Saw operating
Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble using hand tools, fasteners, and adhesives to assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and other wood packing.
- Count, measure, and prepare materials such as wood, padding, and fasteners to be used in the assembly process.
- Operate power tools such as nail guns, saws, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Lift and move heavy materials throughout the shifts.
- perform quality checks on finished pallets to meet standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production.
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Pay: $17.00+ Based on Experience
