A Company in Ranburne AL is looking for a Supervisor/Lead person to oversee operations in our pallet and lumber processing facility. This role is critical to maintaining production output, ensuring quality control standards, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage workflow, motivate teams, and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or processing environment
- Knowledge of lumber and pallet manufacturing processes is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with production planning tools and reporting software
