Job Full Description
The Project Manager administers and directs all unit activities related to project scope, operations and product orders. The PM unites strategy, order management and delivery to ensure the best client experience. This individual certifies accuracy across all orders, logistics and execution.
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- · Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality)
- · Manage all schedules and scope on all assigned projects
- · Review and understand specs and fabrication drawings
- · Communicate all schedule changes with clients, internal and external
- · Ensure that production goals are communicated to the shop and field. Follow up on action plans to ensure they are taking place
- · Create “what-If” scenarios to ensure the project is delivered on time
- · Generate schedules for cost and resources
- · Fully utilize Tekla Project Management features to include RFI’s, Submittals, Transmittals, Change Orders, drawing transmittals and associated follow up
- · Update monthly billing for each assigned project
- · Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting stringent deadlines
- · Communicate with clients frequently
- *Field experience not required but would be a plus
- *Erection knowledge
Experience:
- Project Management: 2 years (required)
Pay: $40K / Year (Depending on Experience)
