We’re looking for a motivated Flooring Estimator to work on commercial and high-performance flooring projects.
This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn a specialized trade.
Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, drawings, and bid documents
Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates
Prepare and submit proposals
Communicate with contractors about project details
Submit pay applications and project closeout documentation
Qualifications:
1 year or more Flooring or Indoor Construction estimating experience
Ability to read and interpret blue prints & construction drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
