Job Full Description
Title: Team Lead for 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.75/hr
City: White,GA
Schedule Mon-Fri | 2:30pm-12am (runs 7 days a week but will rotate days off with other lead)
We are seeking a Lead Inspector to oversee the inspection process and help coordinate employees assigned to inspection tables. This position will help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
-Oversee daily inspection activities and assigned employees
-Coordinate shift-start activities, paperwork, tools, and materials
-Train employees on work instructions and provide guidance as needed
-Monitor employee performance, safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies
-Communicate any issues, incidents, or policy violations to management
Requirements:
-Lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse, inspection, or production environment
-Strong communication skills and ability to train/instruct employees
-Ability to stand for extended periods and work with minimal supervision
-Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
