She began her career with the organization as a Front Office Coordinator, where she quickly demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others. In her role today, Avianne takes pride in connecting with candidates, building relationships, and providing meaningful job opportunities that positively impact both individuals and the community. She is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring each interaction makes a lasting difference.

Outside of work, Avianne enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new cultures.

Christina has over three years of experience at Express Employment Professionals and currently serves as an Employment Specialist, passionate about connecting people with opportunities that lead to long-term success. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and with more than a decade of experience in the industrial sector, Christina brings a deep understanding of workforce needs and a genuine commitment to helping individuals find roles where they can grow and thrive.

Her approach focuses on building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers, ensuring the right fit for lasting employment. She takes pride in guiding candidates toward positions that offer the potential for permanent placement and career development.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys traveling to destinations with saltwater, spending quality time with her husband, their cat Bugsy, and their three nieces.

Front Office Coordinator

Megan is the Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals, serving as the first point of contact for associates. With nearly three years at the company, she has developed a deep appreciation for the impact of her role, which includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, prescreening candidates, and handling onboarding documentation. Her focus is on efficiently getting applicants into the system so Employment Specialists can match them with roles that align with their skills and goals.

Megan holds a B.A. in History and brings strong attention to detail and organization to every task. Whether coordinating interviews or managing paperwork, she takes pride in helping the team run smoothly and supporting the success of associates.

What she enjoys most about her work is the sense of teamwork in the office and witnessing the full journey of an associate—from their first application to receiving their first paycheck. Playing a part in their success and making a difference in their careers is particularly rewarding.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys family game nights and getting lost in a good book.
