- Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech
- Pay: $16 - $18 BOE
- Location: LaGrange GA
- Shift: 8A-5P Monday-Friday
- Cleaning communal areas
- Performing ad hoc painting, electrical, and carpentry duties
- Resolving tenants' maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise
- Upkeep and repairs of the apartments in a complex
- Fixing a leaky faucet to replacing a broken window
- Keeping the grounds clean and well-maintained
- Property maintenance, repairs and installations, and customer service
- Performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment
- Fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring
- Inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards
- Scheduling major repairs with the building’s inhabitants
