Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Laborer to support daily operations at our prefab home manufacturing warehouse. This role involves material handling, yard organization, loading and unloading, and general labor to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move building materials, components, and supplies within the yard and warehouse

Organize and maintain yard inventory, materials, and work areas

Operate basic equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
-
Perform general labor duties including cleaning, sweeping, and debris removal

Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times

Assist warehouse and production teams as needed to meet project timelines
-
Perform basic inspections of materials and report damage or shortages
- Moving lumber, using a forklift to load into the trucks, counting inventory, loading flatbed.
Qualifications & Skills

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work preferred (but not required)

Must know how to use a forklift

Basic mechanical or tool knowledge is helpful
