Seasonal Summer Position
Love being outside, meeting new people, and working in a fun summer atmosphere? We’re hiring energetic and friendly Tube Rental & Retail Associates to help guests gear up for an amazing day on the river!
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, stays positive in a fast-paced environment, and doesn’t mind spending the day outdoors in the sun.
Responsibilities
- Rent tubes and assist guests with river float check-in
- Sell retail merchandise, snacks, drinks, and other items
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Answer guest questions and help create a fun experience
- Keep rental and retail areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Comfortable working outdoors in summer heat all day
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Cash handling and money management experience preferred
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift tubes or merchandise when needed
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
