MIG Pipe Welder

Now Hiring: Experienced MIG Pipe Welders

Pay Rate: $30/hr+ DOE

We are seeking experienced MIG Pipe Welders for an immediate opening. Qualified candidates must have experience with carbon steel pipe welding and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel pipe, including root passes, hot passes, and cover passes.

• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and welding specifications.

• Use tape measures and basic shop math to ensure accurate work.

• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on welding equipment.

• Operate welding equipment and grinders safely and efficiently.

• Meet daily production goals and quality standards established by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience required.

• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience.

• Experience with carbon steel pipe welding.

• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop calculations.

• Familiarity with welding equipment, grinders, and standard shop practices.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.

• Comfortable with bending, climbing, walking, and repetitive movements.

• Ability to perform moderate pushing, pulling, and carrying as required.

• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
