Customer Service Representative – Inbound Contact Center
We’re hiring for full-time, first-shift roles in our inbound contact center. This is a customer-focused position where you’ll represent a variety of professionals—from doctors to attorneys—by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing helpful, friendly service.
Pay & Schedule:

$16.00/hour during the week (Monday–Friday)

$17.00/hour on weekends

Bilingual? Earn up to $2.00/hour extra

Shifts available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Must be available every other weekend
What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls on behalf of multiple clients

Provide top-tier customer service and a positive first impression

Schedule appointments, take messages, and assist with general inquiries

Act as the voice and brand ambassador for a wide range of businesses
