Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:
Seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls and assist callers using established procedures and scripts. This role involves communicating clearly, gathering information, and providing a positive experience while accurately documenting each interaction.
Responsibilities:

Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional manner

Follow established scripts, procedures, and call-handling guidelines

Listen to callers, gather necessary information, and determine the appropriate next steps

Provide accurate information and assistance based on the caller’s needs

Document call details and update information as needed

Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional tone throughout each interaction

Escalate calls or questions when additional assistance is needed

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working efficiently
