Job Full Description
Trim & Millwork Installer / Service Technician
We’re looking for a hands-on team member to join a growing construction and millwork crew. This position involves installing, repairing, and servicing trim and millwork pieces in residential or commercial settings. You’ll work directly with customers, provide recommendations to ensure the best fit for their project, and teach proper use and care of installed products.
Responsibilities:

Install and repair millwork, trim, and related building components

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions

Suggest adjustments or modifications to installations when needed

Train customers on product use and maintenance

Handle physical demands, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs
Schedule & Pay:
-
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience with carpentry, millwork, or construction a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills
