We’re seeking an experienced Call Center Representative (HYBRID) to join a team that supports individuals navigating challenging situations. This role is focused on handling inbound calls, building trust through active listening, and helping callers feel heard, supported, and guided toward the right solutions. What You’ll Do: Answer inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and patience Engage in longer conversations to understand callers’ unique needs and circumstances Provide accurate information, guidance, and resources to help individuals in difficult situations Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system Follow established processes while tailoring support to each caller’s situation Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure callers receive the highest level of service What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of recent call center experience (required) Demonstrated ability to manage conversations with individuals in stressful or emotional situations Strong communication and active listening skills Compassionate, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure Experience with CRM or call center software preferred High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality This is a direct hire role offering stability and benefits.
