Express Employment Professionals West Des Moines is actively recruiting a Skilled Carpenter to join a local company's team.
Responsibilities:
· Building and installing decks, railings, sunrooms, porch enclosures, windows, doors and roofing for customers homes
· Help work on and oversee all aspects of customer projects from start to finish
· Learn effectively how to build and install sunrooms and porch enclosures
· Drive a company vehicle to and from the jobsites
· Communicate effectively with customers, Project Manager and other team members
Qualifications:
· Installation experience of decks, railings and roofing
· Must be a self-starter and driven
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in Construction and Carpentry required
· Valid Driver's License to drive a company vehicle
Own most of your own hand and power tools
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and measurements
