Responsibilities:
- Operate and load a manual machine to manufacture connection rods.
- Inspect parts throughout the production process for defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a repetitive environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
